Maintaining the technical and methodological skills of all our employees is one of Adent’s main strengths. Through the Adent Academy, our employees benefit from internal training courses that are perfectly organised by our Training Manager.
The best qualified trainers, lecturers and specialists regularly agree to travel to conduct training sessions for all our practitioners.
Also, any request for external training from our staff will be considered in order to meet the various needs and, in order to make the newly acquired knowledge available in our clinics and thus maintain a quality of care at the cutting edge of new trends in the profession.

Adent Study Club offers our practitioners a friendly and interactive environment to exchange on relevant and current topics.
